TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

 

By accessing this website you agree to these terms et conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use et access this website. The Vikenzo website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial  purpose.

Acceptance of your Order

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell et Vikenzo shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products en stock et they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product avecout your express authority.

Pre-Order

Please note that you will be charged for the item once the order is placed as this will secure the item for you. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you.

When making a purchase that includes a pre-order piece, you will incur a supplementary shipping charge when your pre-order is dispatched at a later date. In addition, when purchasing multiple pre-order items, you will incur a charge for each item that is dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place et person of your choice, en perfect condition et en the shortest possible time. France et overseas orders are shipped by PD  for a speedy delivery. Minimum delivery charges are € 9.00 per France delivery address et € 29.00 for overseas orders. We insure each purchase during the time it is en transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel et have not received an email avec your tracking details, please email us et we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the PD  website www.laposte.fr

Most orders will be dispatched avecen 3-5  working days subject to credit clearance, address verification et availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.

We ship to all countries via PD courier. All orders to Non-European countries will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties et taxes incurred en the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

If you for any reason refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties et taxes. Your item will be returned to Vikenzo  et you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties et taxes along avec the additional shipping costs.

Please note: Vikenzo fashion.com customer care will be closed on public holidays.

Please also note that your shipment/order cannot be classed as personal effects/personal use as your shipment is coming from Vikenzo as a business to yourself as a consumer. Therefore, you are responsible for import duties/taxes at your local customs office. We have already deducted 20% VAT from your purchase, therefore any duty et taxes incurred en the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. When you placed your order, you agreed to our terms et conditions of purchase.

France same day delivery

The service operates Monday through Saturday for France  based customers avecen zones 1, 2 et 3 et is hetled by our courier  Clockworks. Orders must be received et credit card transactions authorized  by 1pm (Monday – Saturday) en order to receive the next  day delivery, once the order has been successfully received et processed we will call you to arrange a delivery time suitable to you. Orders received after 1pm will be sent by France Next day delivery the following working day.

Customers selecting  France same day delivery should provide us avec a contact telephone number for that day to avoid delays. If we are unable to reach you on your contact telephone number to arrange delivery avecen 48 hours, your order will then be shipped by our stetard France delivery method et shipping costs charged accordingly. Any orders sent out that are undeliverable will be returned to Vikenzo et the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery. The cost is €15.00 per delivery or free for orders over  € 2000.

When an order is dispatched via the France Next Day Delivery method, a charge will be incurred should the customer not be present during their specified delivery window or if the driver is required to wait.

Pre-Ordered Product Shipping

When making a purchase that includes a pre-order piece, please be aware that you will incur a supplementary shipping charge when your order is dispatched. In addition, when purchasing multiple pre-order items, you will incur a shipping charge each time an order is dispatched.

Returns/Exchange policy

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged avecen 14 days of our dispatch date. Before you return something you must notify us avecen 48 hours of receiving an item et obtaen a Return Authorization Reference number by emailing us at returns@Vikenzo.com  Please include your original receipt en the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply call +33 (0)6 07 59 66 73.

Vikenzo  will only exchange an item for the same item en a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Vikenzo et can only be refunded avec a 'store credit note' which can be used online store.

Jewelry  purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange avecen 3 working days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. In addition fine Jewelry containing precious stone or diamonds can not be returned or exchanged. We will contact you after you purchase fine Jewelry  to ensure you understet the terms et conditions. Lingerie items purchased online will be returned or exchanged avecen 14 days by the discretion of the management team. Please be aware that shoes must be returned en their original designer box. Chaussures returned avecout their original boxes will not be accepted.

Please send all returns to Vikenzo Website Department, 20 Rue Jules MAssenet,26000 Valence,France. The product you return must be en new, unused, et unworn condition avec all the original packaging et garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item avec any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes et duties et less the postal costs. Under Refund Conditions. With authorization only.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL et keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged en transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility et will be reimbursed by us only en the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Please Note that if you use FedEx to return your items, there will be an additional € 20.00 charge which will come off of your refund. Instead please contact us for our DHL return account number at competitive rates.

Vikenzo are not responsible for any item that is not returned en the manner set forth above et we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are en possession of them.

Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Vikenzo  Fashion. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Maestro cards. You may also place your order through Mail. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks et authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent et warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid et correct et that when your order is accepted et processed by us, payment will be made en full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to en the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to en the billing details.
