These terms apply to use of the Vikenzo website and purchases made through it. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Products and orders

Products and variants are subject to availability. We may cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including failed payment, unavailable stock, pricing error or suspected fraud. Amounts collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices, taxes and delivery

Currency, applicable taxes, delivery charges and the order total are shown before payment. Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout and explained in the Shipping Policy. Estimates are not same-day promises.

Returns and guarantees

Withdrawal, returns, refunds, defective goods and exchanges are governed by the Refund Policy. Where statutory withdrawal applies, notify us within 14 days of receipt and return goods within 14 days after notification. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
