Overview

This website is operated by Ice Fashion Tekstil under the Vikenzo trading name. These terms apply when you visit vikenzo.eu or purchase from the store. They do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, measurements and prices accurately. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. Products and variants are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed. We may cancel or limit an order where payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates and charges are displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by mandatory consumer law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller in Iceland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint.
