Order processing

Orders are processed after payment authorisation and stock confirmation. Processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery charges and destinations

Available delivery destinations, services and charges are calculated and displayed before payment at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Tracking and delays

Where tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times. Contact us if tracking has not updated or the estimated delivery window has passed.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that they are included. The customer is responsible for charges imposed by local authorities.
