Returns

Contact us before returning an item. Include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for the request. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and destination. Items sent without authorisation or to an unconfirmed address may be delayed.

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. For hygiene reasons, certain sealed or intimate products may not be returnable after their seal has been opened, except where defective or required by law.

EU and EEA cancellation rights

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods and then return them within the legally permitted period. Exceptions established by law continue to apply. This policy does not reduce rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photographs and your order number. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what was ordered, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. Original delivery charges and return costs are handled according to applicable law and the reason for the return.
