Withdrawal and returns

Where statutory withdrawal applies, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within 14 days after notification. Contact contact.vikenzo@gmail.com with your order number. Prior authorisation is not required.

Refunds

Amounts due, including initial standard delivery for a complete return, are refunded within 14 days of notification. We may wait until the goods or proof of return is received. Refunds use the original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact contact.vikenzo@gmail.com with photographs if possible. Vikenzo provides the remedies and covers necessary costs required by applicable law.
